Dear Terry
Your wonderful family who made us feel part of your family.
Terry if you were not winding the kids up before bedtime!!!!, you were teasing them mercilessly, but our children, Matt, Lily, Mick and Jim, love you dearly, as do we. Such a shock, but Lily and Sue will remember the meal in La Bretagne with you and Vicki, a wonderful moonlit evening that we really enjoyed, with a warm evening and a still sea that made it even more poignant as a beautiful memory for us to keep safe. For the boys (because Lil and I get seasick!)fishing, apples (you know)and trying to "drive Terry's boat" with a bit of fishing ha ha is right up there. If not for you Matt and us would not have so many wonderful memories of Spain, Matt loves it, as you and Vicki are the reason we are in Mazarron. Even fond memories of your pool being built, after a GOOD night out on the town thinking what a hangover - oops only the patio being dug out for a pool. Ever the gracious host you made sure the Ecuadorians were topped up with spanish ale!!! Worth all the beer in the world. From the White Hart in Lewes to La Bretagne in Mazarron you have been such a large part of our life, so difficult to believe you will not be greeting us with "stunning weather". Thank you so very much for all your support, love and stories (don't know who Gary is going to reminisce with over the railway!!).
Like it or not we will still talk to you and about you (can't get rid of us that easy)and pray that you are not leading Matt astray, he doesn,t like brandy!
We are where we are because of you, so grateful for your friendship, love and Espana, we will always miss you, love you and never forget you. Make sure you are in the welcome party when I get there.
Big Kiss and Hugs
Shue (Sue Smith)
